The RAIN didn't stop the party!

Last night it started raining in Champs-de-Mars but that didn't
stop people fron enjoying themselves.

My first instinct was to run under a stand to prevent my camera
from getting wet. but how would I be able to capture the moment and
bring it to you? LOL

I placed my camera under my wet t-shirt and kept on shooting!

There were lots of people there, the rain didn't stop the party
