Published: Fri, 03/16/07
In the past two weeks I've been to Santo Domingo, Gonaives, St
Marc, Cap Haitien, Limbe, Oanaminthe, Dajabon (Dominican Republic),
and Fort Liberte. I took thousands of pictures. You can see them
soon on BelPoz .com
I lost my wallet, I lost my passport, and my green card in Santo
Domingo at the first Annual Kompa Festival.

They had a nice fashion show, see all the pretty girls
and yes... they are all haitian, not Dominicans.

This trip made me realize the wasted resources in Haiti
and all the money the Haitian Government is not making
Near my hometown of Hinche Haiti, there is an area called
Bassin Zim, a beutiful waterfall next to a cave.
The night before the festival there was a party in a Cave,
Yes, a cave right downtown Santo Domingo that has been converted
into a night club.
A picture is worth a thousand words and I took some pictures
to show you. follow the link below to see pictures of

*** My Vacation Continues ***
I am still in Haiti having a good time.
Electivity is still a commodity in Haiti but they now have
broadband Internet access in some parts of the country.
I've been in constant contact with Haitian movie producer Raynald
Delerme. He told me that "Ala Traka Pou Baba #2" is coming out soon.
He will be in Miami for the grand premiere of Ti Fi Paste-a #2.
for more info follow the link below:
www.Belfim.com
Also, Raynald's TV Station, PVS Canal 16, now broadcasts a half
hour Haiti news online every night.
You can watch the news by visiting the link below:

This weekend I will be in Jacmel.
Mezanmi, Haiti is not as bad as the diaspora radio stations make it
seems.
Remember, bad news keeps you in fear and tuned in.
Chavez was in Haiti and one of Haiti's biggest kidnapers has been
cought.
